Job Responsibilities:
1. In accordance with the company’s production management system, organize and coordinate all aspects of production operations management to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
2. In accordance with production instructions, perform start-up and shutdown procedures as well as load‑up and load‑down operations; promptly address process fluctuations and coordinate the resolution of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment malfunctions during production.
3. Based on the results of analytical testing, promptly report to superiors, make appropriate adjustments to process parameters, and maintain accurate records.
4. Comply with all rules and regulations, ensuring the personal safety of yourself and your team members, as well as the safety of equipment. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher, majoring in chemical engineering;
2. Possess at least two years of experience in paint manufacturing and be familiar with production processes and quality-control requirements.
3. In good health, of sound character, and highly responsible.
