The product exhibits high reactivity; when mixed with its compatible curing agent at a 1:1 volume ratio, it offers a long gel time, a wide application window, and easy handling. Widely used in flooring, automotive, wind power, and industrial anti‑corrosion applications, it is an ideal choice for achieving high‑performance, environmentally friendly coatings.

Recommended solution for aspartic polyurea coatings:

It boasts exceptional corrosion and water resistance, with outstanding UV‑aging performance; under long-term outdoor exposure, it remains free of chalking and fading. It withstands a wide range of corrosive media, including acids, alkalis, and salt spray, making it ideal for harsh environments such as chemical equipment and offshore facilities. The coating exhibits well‑rounded physical properties, featuring high tensile strength, superior impact resistance, excellent wear resistance, and remarkable crack‑resistance, with durability far surpassing that of conventional coatings.

Modified isocyanate:

By reducing the content of free monomers, it achieves low toxicity and minimal irritation, making it more environmentally friendly and safer; its reaction activity can be adjusted to extend the pot life, facilitating easier application. Different modification approaches selectively enhance specific properties: trimerization improves hardness, weather resistance, and high‑temperature stability, while polyether modification increases elasticity. Post‑modification, the structure becomes more stable, with enhanced resistance to hydrolysis and oxidation, resulting in a longer shelf life.

Adhesive products:

Environmentally friendly and safe, with low levels of free monomers and VOCs, and no irritating odor, making it ideal for residential applications; excellent weather resistance, offering UV protection and resistance to acids, alkalis, and salt spray, while maintaining stable performance across a wide temperature range from –40°C to 80°C; superior elasticity and high elongation at break, accommodating substrate deformation and providing excellent crack‑resistance; highly tolerant of application conditions, operable between –10°C and 40°C at relative humidity ≤85%, thereby reducing constraints imposed by the construction environment.
