The Guizhou Waterfall Cold‑Chain Agricultural Products Trading Center (hereinafter referred to as “Waterfall Cold Storage”) was established and invested in by Guizhou Waterfall Cold‑Chain Food Investment Co., Ltd. It is the largest, most maturely operated, advanced‑in‑management, and fully equipped cold‑chain food trading hub in Guizhou Province, supplying meat, poultry, seafood, frozen foods, and other cold‑chain products throughout the province.
The scope of operations of Waterfall Cold Storage encompasses cold-chain agricultural products, refrigerated foods, cold-chain logistics, cold-storage leasing, and market management. It serves as a pilot project entity for logistics standardization in Guizhou Province, a demonstration base for cold-chain logistics development in the province, a dual-level demonstration base for entrepreneurship and innovation among small and micro enterprises at both the provincial and Guiyang municipal levels, a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Guizhou, and a key supplier of essential daily necessities in Guiyang.

On August 29–30, the 2022 Innovation and Development Summit Forum for the Frozen and Refrigerated Industries was successfully held in Guiyang, co-hosted by the National Commercial Refrigeration Science and Technology Information Station, the Refrigeration and Freezing Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Refrigeration, and the Guizhou Provincial Society of Refrigeration.
